Kind Of Sick Of It

so...I weighed in this week. Back down from 349 to 340. :) I also need to get my own scale instead of using the dr's office and the crazy-wonky one here at work...I really don't think I gained 9 lbs last week....anywho. Did an hour and a half of Just Dance last night and OH BOY! I sweat. And it felt good! I want to do it again! :)

Gettin a little personal here, the places that I'm noticing the weight gone...is my boobs and my back fat...and I LOVE that those are the places that it's losing :)

My arms are sore.
Feels real good.
Can't wait to get down to 300. and then down to 250. :) and even more! :)

I'm so proud of you! If you ever want to change it up, I recommend getting Biggest Loser on the Wii. It has several different exercises and you can go from light and moderate to intense and challenging if you REALLY want to sweat. Congrats on the weight loss!
