Gettin' A Little More Personal

So....here it goes. My company is doing a "100 Days Of Wellness" program. Starting today, January 20th, 2011. 100 Days of trying to lose weight. Now here's where it gets REAL personal. And I know those who read this you are friends and family of mine and who love me. So (hopefully) no judging remarks, only positive and supportive. I am currently 22 years old, 5 foot 4 inches. My whole team is on a smaller team, P.H.A.T. and we are going to WIN this competition. Whether it's the competition against the other teams or a competition against ourselves. Last week P.H.A.T weighed in individually. That was scary. Lemme tell you. I am the biggest girl on our team. I was 363.4 lbs. Quick back story: I love to dance. I may not be the best dancer, but I LOVE to do it. With the game, Just Dance from the Wii, I have found a love for fun-working out. I have been dancing the last two Sunday nights and it's been SO much fun. So after getting pumped up about working out and working out, I weighed in again today to start our 100 days right. I am now 354.7 lbs. Already I have taken out 9 *ish* pounds. AMAZING. P.H.A.T actually just back from going down the stairs (we're on the 5th floor mind you), walking around our WHOLE complex and back up the stairs (5 MORE flights of stairs) It was awesome! I had to take a quick (few minutes) breather before taking on those 5 flights UP and with the support of 2 teammates (who needed the break too :) ) we only stopped once on the 5 flights of stairs! WOOT! It took us only 20 minutes to do everything! Crazy!
Here's to the 100 days.
