Happy Together!

Last night Alyssa and I ventured out to see two of our good friends, from church, at their receptions. Yes two girls from the same ward got married the same day! Exciting! So first we went to Jannali and Ryan's @ The Gathering Place @ Gardner Village. It was gorgeous! The line (just Jannali and Ryan) was outside and the weather was mostly cooperating. Then we sped (literally speeding and weaving) to get to Thanksgiving Point for Trevor and Chelsee's. Now this was especially special for Alyssa because has grown up with Trevor. So we get to Thanksgiving Point and we both instantly see people we know. Well that's not surprising because Trevor and Chelsee are good ol' born-n-raised in Lehi folk. So the entire town was there to celebrate. We made our way to the line that got us to THE line. We were waiting....oh probably a good 45 minutes to an hour. But it was well worth the wait! Trev and Chels started walking down the line to see people, because the parents were the ones holding up the line. Lys and Trev hugging and us and the happy couple.

Then we went and said hello to the parents. They were all four so happy to be there and Janet and Suzanne looked so good in their green! Lys and I of course had to document us being together! Yay best friends!

We got in line for the food, watched them cut the cake (and fed it to each other using forks!) and then we got fruit, salad, rolls, desserts and ham. Mmmmm. By that time it was really dark...plus the rain clouds didn't help any....so we found two empty seats and sat down. Lys had finished and I was working on starting my yummy dessert and it started pouring. I shoved two huge bites in my mouth and then we headed out. But we couldn't have left without saying goodbye to the happy couple. Congrats Trevor and Chelsee!!!
